Ithaca Warehouse
Nexui Services Inc. assisted with the business proposal to construct a 40,000 sq ft—modern Warehouse facility with office space. The warehouse will be used primarily for storing dry chemicals for the oil and gas industry and leasing space for storage to the said industry. The company saw the need for a facility of this type to meet the growing demand for dry chemical storage for this oil and gas sub-sector. This warehouse is touted to be the first of its kind in Guyana and is scheduled to be completed by September 2021.
The Guyana International School is an educational facility offering elementary, middle, and high school education using an International Baccalaureate® program and facilities catering to children with Autism.
We assisted the school with preparing its business proposal and pitch deck to source financing and investment.
The school is scheduled to commence construction in the 1st quarter of 2024.
Nexui assisted the Guyana Karate College (www.guyanakaratecollege.com), a non-profit Shotokan Karate organisation and affiliate of the International Karate Daigaku (www.ikdhonbu.com) to compile the project proposal document and project schedule to raise funds for the ongoing construction of a 11,025 s.f. state-of-the-art Dojo at Liliendaal, Georgetown, Guyana. This Dojo will be the first of its kind in the Caribbean region and will boast space for 5 competition sized rings, office, VIP Training rooms and a Gym. In addition, the facility will be able to host local and regional tournaments.
We currently provide oversight assistance to this ongoing project as we continue to garnish donations and support a worthy cause.
